Stephany Infante is a dedicated community leader and public servant from Lawrence, Massachusetts, whose life and career have been shaped by her upbringing. Born in Methuen to Dominican immigrant parents, Stephany witnessed firsthand the challenges and resilience of the immigrant experience. This instilled in her a profound sense of responsibility to her community, a value she has carried throughout her life.

Despite learning English after first grade, Stephany surpassed her family's educational expectations, earning a business degree from Fitchburg State University. Her professional expertise encompasses marketing, political operations, and community advocacy, all focused on driving meaningful change.

In 2017, Stephany made history as the first Latina elected to the school committee of Greater Lawrence Technical School. She continued to break barriers in 2021, becoming the first person of color to represent her district on the Lawrence City Council, where she now serves as Vice President and has proudly served two terms for District E.
